Home Additions & Renovations
Expanding your home or renovating an existing space requires wiring that matches the new footprint. We run new circuits, relocate panels when needed, add sub-panels for additions, and ensure code compliance throughout. Whether you're adding a bedroom, finishing a basement, or converting a garage, we handle the electrical scope from rough-in to trim.
New construction wiring requires working closely with the build schedule — rough-in before drywall, trim-out after paint. We coordinate with your GC, pull permits, and ensure your electrical passes inspection on the first visit. We wire everything from single-family homes to commercial tenant build-outs, and we schedule around your timeline.
Electrical codes change, and older homes often have wiring that's functional but no longer compliant. Knob-and-tube wiring, aluminum branch circuits, and ungrounded outlets are common issues in homes built before 1970. We identify what needs updating, explain the risk and requirement, and execute the work to bring you to code — protecting your home, your insurance, and your resale value.
Generator wiring requires a transfer switch — manual or automatic — to safely connect a generator without backfeeding the utility line. We install transfer switches, run dedicated generator circuits, and wire everything to code. We also handle specialty wiring for hot tubs, saunas, EV chargers, RV outlets, and landscape systems — anything that needs a dedicated circuit run.
Commercial and light industrial wiring requires a different approach than residential — higher voltages, larger panels, conduit runs, and coordination with facility management or other trades. We handle restaurant appliances, office fit-outs, parking lot lighting, and equipment wiring. Our master electrician license covers commercial work, and we pull the permits for everything.
