Yes — and we'll prove it. We hold a Virginia Master Electrician license, which is the highest credential issued by the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. It means every job we do is performed or directly supervised by a licensed master, not handed off to an apprentice. Our license number is on file with DPOR and searchable at dpor.virginia.gov. When we tell you we're licensed, you can verify it.
“Will they find phantom problems to charge me for?”
We diagnose what you called about, fix it, and leave. We don't do exploratory billing. If we find something genuinely dangerous during the repair, we'll tell you what it is, explain why it matters, and give you the choice of whether to address it. There's no pressure to expand scope. The estimate is free, the work is quoted upfront, and the invoice matches the quote.
